Tie and Timber Lodge & Event Center Tie and Timber Lodging is owned and operated by Paul & Debra Smith (PDMTT Properties LLC). We are excited about this new venture and venue!

It has been designed to help grow our community and hopefully, we have included something for everyone. A spacious venue, suitable for a variety of events. Small or large groups will be welcome. Café with a drive through window; bar & grill; cigar lounge; pool tables and much more including 8 rooms and 1 suite for lodging. Tie and Timber Lodging, where you are welcome anytime and we hope you will always want to come back.

Tie and Timber Lodge and Event center will begin our staffing search soon. Short order cook, housekeeping, bartender, waitstaff/hostess, and security. Positions, pay rates and schedules to be determined. We will also be looking for light duty construction clean-up and make-ready cleaning.

Update on progress for the venue. AC mounted on roof. We have full electricity to our boxes and water meters set. Still like a good bit hooking up electricity and water lines. But coming along nicely.

Construction continues and opening date gets closer. We are so excited to get opened and operating. Get ready, will not be long.

We had a great week both with progress and showing off the unfinished venue. Today we had Robin Connell drop in and Debra was happy to show it off. And I think they discussed some changes that will benefit the venue. Here is this week’s picture drop.

Today is a milestone for the venture. Today we are pouring concrete on the bottom floor. We feel this will allow progress to speed up with allowing a January 2025 opening. Been a wet year with some setbacks but with a roof and a floor we should be ok.
