When you're in the mood for salmon... What a beautiful piece of blackened salmon. So tender, moist and delicious. I served it with Jasmine rice and I added some delicately sautéed Vidalia onions to it and a nice thick slice of roasted tomato with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, basil and a balsamic drizzle. Oh yes...

Sweet....Tart....scrumptious Rhubarb Pie. Oh yea! To my southern friends: very sorry but I'm a Rhubarb purist. There are no strawberries in this pie. Ohhh, it's so good!!!
