The Kingdom is calling! Join us for the Texas Renaissance Festival Job Faire on Saturday, July 26th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and take thy first step toward joining the magic behind the scenes!

We seek loyal and lively souls to join our TRF Staff in a variety of seasonal roles, from weddings and events, tickets and programs, camping, media support and more!

Please note: All applicants must be available every weekend in October and November.

With only 100 days before the Kingdom of the Texas Renaissance Festival returns to life, the King simply cannot wait any longer, and needs to tell someone how excited he is!

Goodly Folks,
We didst answer the call from the Kingdom to seek out Sir Alan Tudyk. After traversing many steps, and obstacles we reached his encampment where there were 12 lanes of lines and following the protocol of Comicpalooza, we endured them amongst the ranks of fans preparing to pay homage to this fine player. When we arrived, Alan greeted each of us by hand, he was also quite taken with our beauteous Queen and Jingles gave him quite a chuckle. Amongst the camera's flashes and clicks, we may have tarried a bit longer than we should have, as there is lots to do before the 51st Texas Renaissance Festival opens on October 11th. So, we bid Sir Alan Tudyk a fond farewell, his smile beamed as we departed, and I think saw a tear in his eye, as I turned the corner. It was an amazing 79 and half seconds which he and we will always remember.

This past Saturday, His Majesty the King and his noble court did journey to the Grand Opening of the fair Colton Community, where merriment and good cheer did abound!

The King was most delighted to meet so many fine and worthy folk considering taking up residence in this splendid new hamlet. With great gusto, he mounted the mechanical bull (to the amusement of many!) and tapped his royal foot to the sounds of lively music that filled the air.

With laughter, cheer, and new friendships made, the day was a resounding success! Long live the spirit of Colton, and may its community flourish like a garden in springtime! Huzzah!
