On this joyous Day of Thanksgiving, the Kingdom of the Texas Renaissance Festival doth extend warm wishes of gratitude and good cheer to all who have joined us in revelry this season. May thy hearths be bright, thy tables bountiful, and thy company merry.

Know this: we here in New Market Village shall most certainly be partaking in our own feast — and aye, indulging heartily in the finest turkey legs the kingdom can offer.

Come one, come all — mark thy calendars for a most joyous occasion: our three-day Celtic Christmas celebration, beginning this weekend after Thanksgiving!

Prepare thy hearts for merriment and music, for the noble Ravenswood Brass shall herald the season with a spirited rendition of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” Gather ’round and let their triumphant fanfare fill thee with holiday cheer.

And lo - on the final eve of our festival, Sunday the 30th, Ravenswood Brass shall lead a grand Closing Show. Fifteen musicians, drawn from the ranks of the finest in the realm - including Houston Symphony, Ballet, and Opera - shall unite at Ravenswood Balcony at 6 o’clock sharp to bid farewell to the season in majestic harmony.

Bring thy kin, thy friends — and thy festive spirit. Come revel with us at Celtic Christmas: music, magic, and memories await!

The Yuletide spirits have descended upon New Market Village, and behold—the Christmas Elves have worked their magic upon Slayer’s Castle! As we prepare for the wondrous revels of Celtic Christmas Weekend, the castle hath been transformed into a shimmering 3D Winter Wonderland, more radiant than ever before.

Wander through the 3D Winter Wonderland, where even more lights and decorations bring the holiday spirit to the interactive 3D maze. Follow the ribbons round and round, past polar bears and nutcrackers, in this fun experience for the whole family!

Find the Slayer's Castle at booth 140 next to the Odeon stage.

Booth 154 and 667A at the Texas Renaissance Festivals, Don Felipe’s Fruteria has these fruit gelatos in their natural fruit casings. Sometimes they have pineapple too and more! Coconut and Mango for the win. Huzzah!

The many performers and participants of TRF and other festivals depend on RESCU for the healthcare support they need.

We are proud to support RESCU and their fundraiser which is being held TONIGHT in the Fields of New Market Campground. Patrons are welcome, and admission to the campgrounds will be free for the duration of the event (Note: if you intend to stay in the campgrounds and camp, you will need to pay as normal).

With appearances from some of TRFs most notable performers, as well as auctions for many fantastic prizes, this will be a night you do not want to miss.

The King invites you all!!

Behold these locally grown drinking vessels at Oh My Gourd in the Florence Market area of the near the butterfly ride and the wood-fired pizza. They are beautifully hand-painted and carefully coated with food-safe resin to hold your beverages on a warm Faire day. Huzzah!
