We also have 4 patio flame thrower heaters available to rent; $125 a day for them includes the propane.

There are no tacks and nails allowed in the walls for decorating. No camping on the property. And what you bring in you take out, including garbage.

What does our venue rental come with you might ask. We provide 100 mahogany chairs with black pad, 6 farmhouse tables that do not go outside in the grass and 15 rounds tables. We have a patio bar with 4 chairs and a gas firepit with 6 chairs this is all included.

Wedding bookings are now a minimum of 3 days. One for set up, one for the wedding and one for clean up. We have had way too many couples not able to do it all in one day. This is not negotiable.
