Join us at our 2nd Styled Shoot this May!

We are absolutely giddy to be hosting another shoot - similar to our 1st shoot, we will be creating sets individually that resonate with our interpretation of the overall theme “Garden Party”.

The shoot will feature 10+ vendors, 4 live models and 2 fully realized sets.

For anyone who might not be familiar with Stylized Shoots:

✨ These are intended for photographers, videographers & content creators to practice with something new, to network with the other participating photographers & videographers and are a great opportunity to gather content for social media! At this time, this shoot is only open to photography & videography professionals.

✨ There is a ticket price for shoots like this as there are costs required to host them. The funds are allocated to pay our models, purchase florals, food, pay any rental fees and handle other costs associated with hosting a shoot.

✨ Participating photographers & videographers will be provided with light refreshments

"This year we decided to hire ... Luna + Sol Event Design to decorate and design the Christmas theme for the inside of our home. I asked for something simple, yet elegant, and traditional yet vintage looking, and we feel that they've captured that for us. Our tree, wreath, and garland are so incredibly detailed. I could not have chosen these decorations better myself. They truly did a phenomenal job! We are still in awe of how it literally looks like something out of a Hallmark movie.❤️

Hi! Lieng and Dom here to give you some fun facts and backstories about who we are and how Luna + Sol came fruition!

🌙 Dom: “Event planning started as a small side hobby for me almost 10 years ago. I enjoyed hosting themed events for my friends and family from Alice in Wonderland to Murder Mystery. I’ve done all types of events for all types of reasons.

It’s often debated if anyone could be truly happy to do any job for their entire life. I consider myself lucky to have found my forever job. Event planning is my passion, and I find a lot of joy bringing concepts to fruition.

3 fun facts about me: my favorite food of all time is rice, I am obsessed with midcentury design, and on the weekends I probably have a pink drink in hand while shopping with my wife.”

☀️ Lieng: “I’m super excited to create a little community and am proud to be one of Toledo area’s only Asian-owned Event Planners! I’ve been in the industry for over almost 10 years and after a very short hiatus, I’m excited to make my return to weddings and events!

3 fun facts about me: I am a HUGE Beyoncé fan (+ a proud beyhive member), I love to read and you can probably find me at a coffee shop with a book and an iced matcha latte in hand and I love to cook (+ and eat all the food)!”

Luna + Sol was built as a passion project and just knew we could turn a dream into reality. We really wanted to focus on the importance of representation and creating a space for couples to feel comfortable in every choice they make.
