Another wonderful weekend of weddings! Love what we do!!

Saturday was a day that none of us at The Crowded Kitchen will soon forget! The days of prep, hours of meetings, food delivery's, shopping and a ton of notes as we rocked all 5 weddings with ease! The day took us to Old Mill for 130, The Mason Jar for 220, Centralia for 100, Tenino for 160 and Mt. Solo for 130, tired just thinking about it! I am so blessed with such an amazing team (took 19 of us!) that all work so hard to make everything for my clients perfect! September 7th will go down in my mind as one of my proudest moments! Now it's time for all of us to rest up before we jump into another busy week....

So hard in my food world right now, has been for awhile! I paid $42.50 2 weeks ago for this same oil and today it was this!!! Sad that it has come to this, making it hard for us as we continue to have to raise our prices. I feel bad for all that have to face these incredibly high prices at all stores!

Beautiful Sunday wedding!
Thank you to my Manager Tina and Natalie for doing an amazing job and making it easy for me to take the day off to see friends, love you girls!
Now we embark on this week of meetings, prep, shopping and more as we get ready for 5 big weddings on Saturday! Rocking the catering world for sure!!

It's been a couple very busy days in The Crowded Kitchen! Friday held 2 weddings, Saturday was another 2 big weddings with one of them being special to all of us as one of our own said "I Do", congratulations Brooke! We end this crazy ride with another wedding today, major cleanup, few days of rest then we embark on our biggest Saturday of the year with 5 weddings! ROCKING IT!

Such an honor to be a part of such an amazing event, The Wounded Warriors Fishing Derby in Cathlamet. We have had the pleasure of bringing amazing food to this event for 4 years now! Thank you Willie for always a wonderful time, your like family to us! Tomorrow Keith will be a guide for the event as they fish for salmon. No rest for us as we prepare for 2 weddings tomorrow, 2 Saturday and 1 Sunday!

What an amazing Saturday in my foodie life! The day was filled with 3 large weddings and a wedding shower, all were absolutely beautiful and of course we rocked them all! So proud as always of my incredible team from the event teams, the prep team and the clean up team, you all are priceless! Now it's on to a busy couple days of shopping, office time then we do it all again!! Blessed in my catering world for sure!

Another CRAZY Saturday in my foodie world as we did 3 large weddings (all 200+) and a high-school reunion. I know I say it all the time but I am so blessed with such an amazing team, they ROCK! Now we turn right around and get ready for a week of 7 events ahead!

Throw down on the Graze Boards today, along with so much more as we get ready for 4 huge events tomorrow! I might complain sometimes about being tired, overworked and just exhausted but honestly I LOVE WHAT WE DO! I am so thankful for every step of this process and I will always be grateful for all that I have even in the EXHAUSTED moments!!! Cheers to another CRAZY weekend!

What an honor to get to be a part of the Lewis County Rodeo at the fair this year! My girls setup a beautiful Mexican fiesta for all the guests in the arena and it was quite the hit! Thank you to my client Tracy for choosing us to be at their special event! Now it's on to a very big weekend ahead as we all prepare ourselves for 5 big events ahead! I am so blessed with such an amazing and incredible team!

This last weekend was a busy one for us on Saturday as we faced 2 weddings and a large truck show! Sunday was also filled with a beautiful wedding! Thank you as always to my team for an amazing job as all events were perfect! Now it's time for a little clean up as we get ready to do it all again!

WOW is all I can say about our Saturday! I am so incredibly proud of my team for such an amazing job and for making this day showstopping for all my clients! This day took days of prep, hours of meetings, endless notes, food deliveries galore and shopping! We did 4 large weddings and all were a complete success! Thank you again to my entire team, I love you all so very much and I am so proud!

Saturday was a day of travel for all of my teams! Huge day of weddings as we took ourselves to Aurora Oregon, Corbett Oregon, Raymond Washington and way outside of Adna. It has been such a crazy ride for us all and to say that we are all a bit exhausted might be an understatement for sure. So proud of all of us as it was an example of how hard we all work and all the hours of preparation for it was tough but we prevailed! So so proud of the growth of my team and the dedication to excellence that we all hold close, our clients mean everything to all of us! Now it's on to another crazy week of prep as we get ready for 4 big weddings on Saturday!

Saturday was an end to a very crazy busy week! We ended our crazy ride with 3 beautiful weddings and some incredible food! As always I must give a shout out to the best team any boss could ask for, you all are so amazing and I love you endlessly! Here is to a few days off and then we will do it all again!

It was a busy Thursday in our foodie world as we did the annual ladies golf tournament in Kelso and a large celebration of life! Today will be filled with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe and 300 of their guests! Not much rest for us these days as we will jump right back into tomorrow for 3 large weddings!

Absolutely love my #1 corporate client, Westrock! It's a full week of catering for their meetings and employees! Start off one of our busiest weeks of the season as we work hard to pull off an event everyday of the week and 4 on Saturday!

Been a crazy ride for my entire team and no slowing down for us as we have done between 4-6 events a week and face even more ahead! Yesterday was a HOT one but we all survived, thankful for our misting systems! It was a day filled with 3 large weddings and a family reunion, a bit crazy in the kitchen getting everyone out the door (Keith, Tina, Gen, mama Karen and Rylee, AMAZING JOB!) Thank you to my entire team for such an amazing job, I love and appreciate them all so much ❤️
No rest for us as we have events every day this week and 5 on Saturday!

It was another CRAZY Saturday in my foodie world with 2 large weddings and a celebration of life. Thank you again to my amazing team from my prep girls to event teams and of course my cleanup crew, you all ROCK! It really does take a village to do what we do and I can't be more proud of the team I have created! No rest as we turn right around and get ready for a busy Sunday with a retirement dinner for 170 guests and a week ahead of 5 big events!
