For Valentines day we got Zeus a beautiful mate. I of course had to name her after Venus the goddess of Love ❤️. We are hoping they will have a handful of adorable peachics this spring. They are quite smitten with one another. Love is in the air ❤️

My dream of having the event venue has finally come true. Marshall County Board granted us our Special Use Permit this morning. We are officially open for booking in 2024&2025!!! Thank you to everyone that has supported this vision.

Today is a very big day for us with Zoning Board. Please keep us in your prayers and wish us well. I will announce tonight the decision they release. Felt good to get back into photography mode last weekend. Glad I was encouraged to get back in the saddle and capture these great pictures for my friend and her family. It's been about 7 years since our last photo session together. This is a great honor to be able to document her growing family once again.

After much nudging and encouragement from friends and family I have started to set aside time to start doing family photography again. I did some this past weekend and was reminded how much I loved it. I'll be doing seasonal mini sessions every Sunday 2-4 at the farm or by appointment on other days at your selected location. If you would like to schedule a time please message me and we can get you booked. Seasonal minis are $75 and other sessions are to be determined based on travel distance and time requested.

Monday was an exciting day for us! We put on our Rustic Charm Barn shirts and climbed aboard this beautifully restored International tractor and took part in the Toluca Labor Day Parade. This year we made sure to not run out of candy for the kiddos. We enjoyed seeing all of our friends in the crowd, and the excitement on the children's faces as we cruised by. It sure was a hot day but it was definitely worth it. Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend as well.

We will be removing and deadwooding some of the trees along the road this week to open better views of the barn and get rid of the brush and junk trees. Tree #1 down at far east corner and already seeing the difference. Once Rob's Tree Service clears the pile new view from road will be posted.
