About Me:
After working in corporate America as a Legal Assistant for over 15 years, I was given the opportunity to finally follow through with my life-long dream of doing something that I truly enjoy. My inspiration was given to me by my three daughters and four granddaughters, who enjoyed having pretend tea parties when they came to visit. I wanted to continue spreading this wonderful experience by creating Once Upon a Dream Tea Parties. Word of mouth is a vital part of our growth therefore, customer satisfaction is our main focus. I take time to listen carefully to my customer's wishes and needs which is what inspires me to continuously add and make changes to our themes so that our customers are happy. What I love most about planning and hosting these memorable events is the opportunity of hand selecting all of the precious details that make these events special. We offer various selections of porcelain tea settings, table linens, chair covers, sashes, runners and much more. I especially enjoy the children's tea parties where the children get to interact, apply make-up, create a craft that they get to take home, sing around the cake and take photos with the Princess host. Once Upon A Dream Tea Parties is a privately-owned, small-business with strong family values and Christian faith. Our company is blessed and growing by the day. This is why we believe in giving back to the community. Therefore, a percentage of our proceeds are donated to organizations such as, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital; CASA (Child Advocates), Shriner's Hospital and National Breast Cancer Foundation. Once Upon A Dream Tea Parties also welcomes charity events and fundraisers to contact us about helping. Please note that all organizations will be background checked and researched before a determination is made to assure that we are giving to legitimate organizations. We believe that there is something very special about every child; therefore, our goal is to encourage the children to believe in themselves and that their inner beauty is what is most important and something that will last a lifetime. Our entertainers are fun and energetic, trained to work well with the children with the understanding that patience and a smile goes a long way.
