We are hiring a full time Night Auditor.
Some job responsibilities:
Performs end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties.
Assists late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests.
Audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities, balancing the accounts from day shift.
Ensures customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
Answers calls and queries related to potential bookings.
Requirements:
Basic math and accounting skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Hotel and night audit experience preferred, but not required.
This is an overnight position, 11pm-7am
Starting rate: $17 per hour
