Hi, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Janelle and so far I am completely self taught. It has been hard learning from scratch the secrets to baking professional cakes, but I've been blessed to be able to see or hear about a design and make it my own creation. I also am a mother of 3 so I often have to put on my super woman pants to pull it off. I love what I do and I get better and bette

r with every order. I try to make everything completely edible because Im just not a big fan of plastic on cakes. That may mean a bit more work but I do believe it makes for a better cake. I experiment with a lot of recipes so any flavor is possible and made with the freshest of ingredients. I also make and use modeling chocolate for fondant because the taste is more appealing, in which leads to a better cake. Overall I am so thankful to God for blessing me with doing something I love for so many great people. I work hard to provide a professional, unique, and custom creation that is in other words just awesome and puts the finishing touches on your event. All you have to do is order and see for your self!

Nintendo Switch themed cake and cake pops! Happy 8th birthday Carver! Full disclosure I completely dropped the ball on this cake and did not have it scheduled for the week my client requested, but thank God for his grace and mercy.
