Paradox Miniatures began with a lifelong love of micro-scale creations—from school dioramas to a spark of inspiration from a family story about metal models and painted scenes. In the winter of 2023, during a weekly D&D game surrounded by unpainted minis and chaotic characters, the idea truly took form. What started with a basic paint set and a few brushes has grown into a passion for bringing tiny adventurers to life. -Manage inbox and calls, responding promptly to inquiries
-Schedule and conduct event walkthroughs
-Provide an exceptional client experience and build strong relationships.
-Plan and communicate event details to staff in advance.
-Schedule booked events in CRM and follow up on unpaid invoices.
-Reach out to clients the week of their event for final details.

Requirements:

-Personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
-Strong desire to build lasting client relationships.
-Reliable transportation.
-Estimated availability for 10-15 hours per week.
