🔅A little bit about my process 🔅
Are you considering a planner/coordinator, but are unsure of what that looks like? Here is a small insight of what it looks like with me!!
1. You reach out ❤️ - By email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram (I typically respond within an hour, depending on the time of day)
2. We talk about the package that you are interested in - Event Coordinator OR Partial Planner & Event coordinator
3. If you are pleased and decide to book my services, you will pay a deposit to save your date on my calendar AND sign my contract.
4. Next, we will schedule a day and time to have an over-the-phone conversation OR a face-to-face meeting to go over a few different topics. (budget, vendor ideas, and your vision)
That’s It!! Once those steps are taken:
1. If you booked me as your Event Coordinator, after our first initial meeting, we will have another approximately 2 months prior to your wedding to go over all of your final details. From there, I contact all vendors to confirm times and services as well as create a master timeline! 🥰
2. If you booked me as your partial planner and coordinator we basically become best friends! I give you my phone number to use as needed! We will also have at least one meeting every month to review progress and the tasks that are remaining.
