At Fresh Harvest in a Jar we hand craft all of our jams, jellies, curds, and fruit spreads, one batch at a time. Each jar is packed with fresh, ripe ingredients and just a pinch of sugar, not additives or preservatives. From berries and lemons to decadent chocolate, and even rum and wine, we have a flavor to satisfy every craving. We also offer a delicious buttermilk scone mix that pairs well with our jams, jellies, and curds.

Happy spring! I am working on creating inventory for the upcoming season, and have had requests for some rhubarb flavors and especially the hot pepper flavors....those are available at Wild Oats in Brunswick if you need them now!!!
