One of the most unexpected blessings in building this business has been watching my customers grow—with me, and with these macarons.

She came to my stand years ago as a little girl, biting into her first pink macaron. Now she’s back, grown, radiant, holding a box like a connoisseur.

I used to wonder how to build customer loyalty. I didn’t know the strategy—I just knew I wanted people to feel special. I remembered their favorite flavors. I greeted them by name. I showed up.

There’s a quote by Maya Angelou that lives in my bones:
‘When a child walks into the room, does your face light up?’

That’s how I greet everyone at the stand. Especially the kids. Because it’s never just about macarons—it’s about creating a space where people feel seen, remembered, and celebrated.
