The holiday season is just about in full swing, and while it can be a time for joy, celebration, family, and fun, the holidays can also be very stressful.
So, amidst the celebrations, remember to take care of yourself! Here's your self-care holiday checklist to ensure you enjoy the season to the fullest:
๐ฟ Watch a movie (donโt feel bad binging a few Hallmark originals, either).
๐ "Treat yo self!" Treat yourself to a massage or buy yourself something you want. Donโt feel guilty about giving yourself a gift. You are worth it.
๐ฏ๏ธ Have some quality alone time. Read a good book, take a bath, go for a walk, start a puzzle, listen to music. Do something alone that makes you happy.
๐ค Take a nap. Your body will naturally want more sleep than usual at this time of year. Honor it.
๐๏ธ Find time to exercise. Fitting in some movement can help you relieve stress and anxiety, boost energy, and just feel better all around.
๐ Make a holiday gratitude list. Instead of getting carried away by everything you need to do, acknowledge, celebrate, and express gratitude for all you have to be grateful for this holiday season.
