A moment for the BOUQ. 😍

Anna and Aaron tied the knot back in August and took a hybrid approach to their florals. I designed Anna’s bouquet and they used buckets of flowers from our farm to decorate the ceremony and reception spaces themselves. The result was an absolutely stunning, cohesive design! 😍

Happy Frostmas everyone!!! It’s official, the 2025 season has come to a close.

To all of our 31 couples who made our flowers part of your big day this year, thank you SO MUCH!!! I can’t even begin to express how amazing it has been and I loved being able to provide those little floral touches that made your day uniquely yours. 💕

Thank you for all the support and love!!! Sharing specialty cut flowers with our community is a passion and love I never would’ve been able to pursue if not for all of you!!!

Yesterday was our 10th Anniversary! And we just made our way up to Indy to Major Restaurant for some of my favorite Ethiopian cuisine.

Fun fact: This is where I took him for our first dinner date and told him that if he didn’t like it we weren’t going to work out. 😂 Growing up as a global nomad, having a partner who was adventurous and excited to try new cuisines is very important to me. Thankfully he made the cut. 😉
When it came time to pop the question he took me back to our corner of this restaurant and asked me to marry him.

This decade was a full one. We’ve made countless memories and two kids. 😅 Here’s to my better half, the next 10 years and many more!

Happy Friday, Flower Friends! The flower stand is stocked and ready for you! And no, that is not ma*****na in the bouquets today. The red foliage that looks like it is hibiscus! Sorry for any disappointment! lol While we do hope you have a wonderful Friday, we only provide fun in flower form. 🤣

I am still geeking out over yesterday. My amateur photos don’t even begin to do this installation justice. Our Bride, Sara, had this incredible vision of using the incredible natural beauty of her venue (Artisan Acres Estate) and just adding to it with a whimsical, natural design that pulled in pops of color. And there is something so thrilling about seeing the art in my brain come to life the way I envisioned it. The native Asters may have been my favorite part, bringing the whimsy and holding up great in the arch without any water source.

It was a perfect day, my Brother and his Partner flew in for a quick visit and got to see me in action and help out (very thankful for their height so I didn’t have to bust out the step stool to tweak the tippy tops of the illusion arch.) And my friend Brandy (who is also part of the IFC 🩷) came to help out and round out our top notch crew.

This is the stuff that soothes my soul.

Happy Fall Y’all!!! Today is the first day of Fall and we are FINALLY getting some rain!

In almost two months our little farm has had about 1/2” of rain total. Everything that isn’t on irrigation is crispy and the ground is cracked underneath dead grass. My water bill is astronomical but the dahlias are alive! 🤣
