While we have spent the past week cleaning up the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we are thankful the damage was minor and everyone is safe. Our farmhouse had many trees to fall around it, but thankfully there was no damage to the house itself.

If you are scheduled to have an event know that we are still fully functioning and ready to host your event.
If you had a event planned at a venue that has been affected by Hurricane Helene, please reach out to us as we are more than willing to work to accommodate you during any available dates we have open.

Congratulations Charley and Austin Warr!
Your wedding was beautiful and we loved seeing a touch of fall colors.

We were excited to have Charley and Austin make their wedding location for an extended stay.
That’s right you can rent the venue, main house and cottage for an extended time. You can use the space to house your weeding party and hold multiple events at the venue for the long weekend. It’s a time to celebrate so celebrate big and enjoy the time with friends and family.
Our extended rental is available Wednesday thru Sunday.

We were delighted that the Greene/McDaniel family gathered on property to share memories of the past with the next generation.
Although the property is refreshed with a new purpose we are honored that the past still holds special memories that are worth cherishing and sharing.

Let’s continue with a little tree talk

We have many trees on site but this little “wedding tree” is special.

Can you see how she is different on each side? That’s because it’s half China berry and half pecan.
When acquiring the property we didn’t believe the tree would make it, one side should choke out the other, but no two different trees stand side by side and are now one.
Just like marriage two individuals come into a marriage and stand strong together making one unit.
And just like that our “wedding tree” and ceremony location fell into place.

Included in our venue rental is use of our green space and just like inside, the property around the venue is transformative to your events needs.
We love that the look changes with the seasons!

In celebration of our 2nd year we would like to re-introduce ourselves. First up, our 3 on site locations.
The Barn- our main event space. Perfect for hosting any celebration from business meetings to special days. The barn can be converted to meet your event needs.
The Main House - can be rented in addition too or on it’s own. Perfect for small get togethers and the perfect place for your wedding party or out of town guests to stay during your event.
The Cottage - also available in addition to or on its own. Have a small get together and just need the use of our green space and hosting space with AC the, the cottage may be the perfect fit.

It’s our Birthday!!
It’s hard to believe we are in year 2 of this wonderful adventure! We’ve meet so many amazing people and we can’t wait to meet all the new faces that will enter the venue to hold their special event!
