It’s pretty simple…

Heads up fans! Due to communication issues, all shows scheduled for Encore 201 this weekend have been moved to The Workshop Brewing Company. All ticket-holders will receive an email alerting them to the venue change. Any Encore 201 tickets will be honored at Workshop for those shows, and you can also buy tickets at the door at Workshop (up until sellout). Comedy Karaoke will still take place at Workshop at the end of Friday and Saturday nights following the last shows. There are no Open Mics at Workshop now, BUT we’ve got our Next Up Comedy Showcase Saturday at 5:30pm at Workshop with a lottery-style format for non-festival comics to perform and possibly earn a slot at a headliner show later Saturday evening! More details are at TraverseCityComedyFest.com. We’re looking forward to a great festival weekend ahead - see you soon! 🎉

Due to Traverse City Comedy Fest failure to execute a contract for the weekend rental on Encore 201 we will not be hosting events for this festival.
We have been trying for months to secure a signed agreement and payment for the rental and today, only 24 hours before the event, their interaction with us was not in the same spirit as past years and they have decided to move the shows to another venue.
We wish them luck with their new venue and will be open for normal business as usual Friday & Saturday 9pm-2am.

DJ Ricky T from 9 PM – 2 AM, and he’s not letting us down.
