Emma and Chris’ wedding ceremony, and her family’s lake home, was inspired by the many summers she spent in Dinard, France. The French blue shutters of the house matched the color of Lake Michigan, the blue bird sky on their wedding day, and the shawls placed at each chair- just like the breeze off the ocean in France, the winds off the Lake Michigan can be chilly. ​​​​​​​​

Today we are celebrating love of all shapes and sizes but today also holds a special kind of love for our family, it’s Harrison’s birthday! 🎈🎂From the moment he arrived into this world he’s been on planes, trains, boats and horses with us planning and producing parties near and far. I love these pictures from at Libby and John’s welcome party where we got to stretch our creative talents and build a fair, but also got to be guests at this fun weekend sharing it all with our MVP, our son!

And just like that… 2022 where in the world did you go?!

From Palm Beach to Arkansas, from Tampa to Mackinac Island, I can’t believe that the year has so quickly come to an end. While we juggled Zoom calls, freight boats, dress fittings and rehearsal dinners, if there was one thing that didn’t get any attention this year it was you, Instagram.

It seems apropos to say this, especially during the holiday season, that “seeing isn’t necessarily believing,” and while we barely shared a sliver of all the excitement and love we have witnessed on social media it very much was real to us and the clients we served.

So… hey there, Instagram! I am looking forward to getting reacquainted with you, and all of YOU!

A very special is featured on Carats and Cake!

Lexie & Phil's wedding was one steeped in tradition, with personal, heirloom touches wherever guests' eyes fell. The day began with a catholic ceremony, Lexie wearing her grandmother's wedding dress from 1960, followed by an Afternoon Tea & Cake Reception.

Later that evening, guests were invited to join in celebration at her parents home for a Black Tie Reception, where fashion and residential style were showcased!

2021, you’ve been one for the books✨

We’ve built a city on the side of the Uinta mountain range, had vintage war planes buzz around the foothills of the Ozarks, danced in the halls of some of Detroit’s most iconic architectural wonders, dined slopeside in Aspen, floated the Great Lakes, basked in the moonlit skies of the Sunshine State, and many more moments- it’s truly been amazing!

With all of the marvelous moments created we are most grateful for the every day in-between moments that carried us through the past 365 days. They aren’t grandiose or even memorable. But they were there and they are the glue that held us together and the love that inspired us to keep pushing, to keep reaching, and keep doing.

Thank you 2021 for bringing us the most special of clients, for keeping us safe over all the thousands of miles traveled, for the collaborations with some of the most talented and hard working people I’ve ever met, and for the opportunities to do what we love every single day.

And on that note… Hello, 2022! I’m looking forward to our time together and cheers to new beginnings as old friends ❤️

Fine paper goods are a love language around here and this one is swoon worthy 🌿🌳💚

It was a huge highlight of this past year to see five incredible high school gradu-ettes celebrate with all their friends and family since their senior year certainly was not like the senior years of high school we all remember.

Each of these five young women shine so brightly and we can’t wait to see how they share their amazing gifts with the rest of the world.

This day in May took us back to the Sunshine state with in tow where we channeled the bygone days of classic Floridian glamour for this New York couple’s wedding.

Floral design by included centerpieces featuring song of India, calathea, variegated monstera, elephant ears, birds of paradise leaves, variegated aralia leaves, and ruskus. The mix of palms and towering greens was the perfect combination for A&T’s reception!
