I'm very proud to share that Kd Events has received Best of Weddings and Couples Choice again this year. This year we are honored to also receive the Hall of Fame award. Thank you to all our wonderful couples who have helped make that happen. And thank you to all the great hard working vendors we have had the privilege of working with over the years. We love bringing couples together and helping play a roll in make their dream wedding come true.

Thank you Katie and Ian for sharing some of your photos with me, I loved seeing them and reliving the wonderful ceremony. We were blessed with a beautiful October day to have a beach wedding. Cassie at did a wonderful job capturing my favorite parts of the ceremony. The first photo is the ring exchange, the second is often emotional but loving, is the moment of silence and finally the signing of the license which finalizes the legal bond and allows all the guest to witness.

One of this years resolutions is that I'm going to try and do a better job of updating my Facebook account. I do pretty good with instagram stories but fall short in actual posts.

This week I had an opportunity to marry one of the sweetest couples on the Little Traverse Bay Ferry. The weather was perfect, the staff amazing and the wedding was wonderful. I highly recommend taking the ferry ride, what a great experience.
