This picturesque park and camp holds several facilities-Gilbert Lodge, a pavilion, and a dormitory. It is the perfect place for events, such as wedding receptions, church retreats, graduation parties, business meetings, scouting activities, dances, and more. TWIN LAKES FEES AS OF JANUARY 1, 2014: The Grand Traverse County Parks and Recreation Commission is committed to offering various rates to the P***c, depending on the mission of the organization, or individual and the mission of the activity to occur on or in park property. To meet the goal the Commission has created a four tier system associated with several of their fees. They are as follows: Tier I - All Government Entities with Grand Traverse County, and Public Bodies. All Kitchen use fees are in addition to the facility rental. Minimal Kitchen use by caterer or group (no food preparation) $100.00 Kitchen use by caterer or group (Cooking and/or food preparation $200.00 Dormitory Rental Fees: Fees based on per person per day (24 hours) A minimum of 25 people is required to rent the dorm. $ 37.00 Fee includes overnight lodging, the use of the dormitory, Gilbert Lodge, and the grounds.
