Just a reminder, if you are going to want the ribs, please message Mary Wiser or Chris Wiser and let them know if you want ribs. These have to be pre-ordered. We need to know by Thursday!

Ok. So today was supposed to be a pretty decent day. Not sure that's really in our forecast anymore. 😕

However, it's free parking out here on Fridays at Third Monday Trade Days. So, if you don't want to come out to shop, but really want some of this Grid Iron goodness... come on. Go to the east side parking entrance, we are right outside of gate 4. Once your in the parking lot, you'll see our stand! Park close and it will be an easy in and easy out!

It's Friday! We are back in McKinney! We've got pork butt, brisket and brisket chili. As well as other grub that will more than please your hungry tummy!

While it may be a bit cloudy, Friday and Saturday look to be a couple of pretty good days to head out to Third Monday Trade Days in McKinney!

We have the smoker going today getting ready! This month we have added some new items. Our menu now includes (all new menu items will be in caps):

The Flat: 1/4 lb of brisket or pork in a sandwich with sweet hawaiian bun and served with chips.

The Grid Iron: 1/2 lb of brisket or pork in a sandwich with sweet hawaiian bun and served with chips.

THE BLITZ: 1/4 lb of brisket and 1/4 lb of pork in a sandwich with sweet hawaiian bun and served with chips.

THE SNEAK: any of the above sandwiches in a smoked potato (minus the bun)

THE LITTLE LEAGUE: Ball Park hot dogs served on Ball Park buns with chips

HOOK & LADDER: Grid Irons smoked brisket in a bowl of chili and topped with cheese

The Slant: smoked sausage sliced or on a stick

The Grid Iron Corn: slow smoked kernel corn (smoked in a special Grid Iron seasoning blend), and your choice of toppings; sour cream and/or cheese.
