Been rocking Thursday night for 3.5 years....happy hour for just over a year and I love the people that come in to chill after the (standard) workday. Trenton Social is an establishment that brings in all kinds...people interact with other people more than the electronic devices in their hands and the ones on the wall...it's definitely a welcome 'Throwback' to 'back in the day'.

Right about this time tomorrow night our Social Happy Hour will be wrapping up and Cinema Thursdays will be starting. Our Social Happy Hour each Thursday is aptly nicknamed "Shh..." because it carries a speakeasy-esque sense about it. Help us spread the word by sharing this post with your friends and coworkers that know how to let the work day go and loosen up with good people, excellent food & drink and a righteous soundtrack delivered by DJ Tangency. You won't need a password, just bring some good cheer. EACH THURSDAY 5-8.

Every Thursday since September 2011 has given me a chance to grow in the music that I really love. The genres of funk, soul, jazz and 'goldenage'hip-hop have always been prevalent in my love of music and what I get to play each Thursday at Trenton Trenton Social!

Every Thursday during our Happy Hour (5-8), we love seeing Trenton's working force of business, political, state & municipal employees spend time with their co-workers at our bar. It's fun watching ties loosen up and the conversation about office politics turn to more jovial topics. All this with a great SOUL•ROCK•FUNK•JAZZ DJ'ed soundtrack. It's SHH...Social Happy Hour. Thursdays Happy Hour set at Trenton Social usually consists of classic cuts and popularly-sampled breaks from the genres of Soul, Funk & Rock.
