The Colorado school of mines rookie open did not disappoint! Today’s action was filled with hard fought battles and gnarly scrambles! Four of our Trojans walked away with podium finishes:

- Jay Everhart battled his way to 3rd place at 125lbs
- Levi Miller showed true grit taking home the 4th place finish at 184lbs
- LaDainian Gordon and Jose Rosales showed up and showed out to secure top 8 finishes at 184lbs 197lbs, respectively.

Today was filled with hard nose grinding wrestling, ranging from Division 1 & 2 competitors through NJCAA studs. Dalilah Aguayo found a way to compete and overcome, earning her way to a 5th place finish!

We ONLY have 12 days (including today) left on our online donations campaign!! The Trojans are just shy of 25% of our team goal. We set the bar extremely high this year with the mind set of “shooting for the stars and landing on the moon”.

They each have a personal goal $1,500. We have a great bunch of them in the hunt to raise the most money.
