Melodies in Motion is a festive, hands-on homeschool experience where music, art, science, and creativity come together for meaningful family learning.

Experience:
Designed with homeschoolers in mind, Melodies in Motion blends interactive learning with hands-on creativity—perfect for multi-age families seeking meaningful, educational fun before the holidays. Students will enjoy a music-themed gallery tour, try real orchestra instruments at The Florida Orchestra’s Instrument Petting Zoo, search for Frosty Forest Friends during the Woodland Wonders Winter Scavenger Hunt, and create glass-inspired collage and coloring projects.
To make learning even more fun, families can join music-themed Kahoot trivia, encouraging teamwork, curiosity, and friendly competition. School of Rock will also offer an engaging presentation to help students connect music concepts with real instruments and performance.

Ancient Egypt Eats
Travel back in time to explore ancient Egyptian farming and flavors. Students will dig into the ways agriculture shaped daily life along the Nile and influenced how different people grew, prepared, and ate the staples of ancient Egyptian cuisine. This field trip brings history to life, blending science, storytelling, and culinary creativity.
