Born and raised in Lancaster County Pennsylvania to an Amish family, Henry Fisher is introducing Amish style chicken barbecue to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The process for the chicken is done on an open pit over charcoal, continually sprayed with a vinegar -based sauce that keeps the chicken moist and and that with an amazing flavor. Hosting a BBQ event can be a great way to raise money for your group. Many organizations have enjoyed success with a BBQ fundraiser and use it on a yearly basis. Best of all, it's an easy process with little involvement needed from the organization. Your organization will decide the details of the menu to be served and then tell everyone you know about it. We'll suggest a ticket price, but you can set your own pricing and determine your own level of profit. Your responsibility is over once you let Amish Foods know the number of tickets you have sold. Amish Foods will setup on location to ensure your ticket buyers get a meal fresh from the grill. Along with your chosen entree, each ticket includes the necessary plates, napkins, and utensils. Your only responsibility after selling tickets is to enjoy the company and the proceeds you've raised for your organization.
