2023 Powwow in the Pines was a huge success!!

We thank all that attended, nearly a 100 dancers, our host drums and visiting drums, princess royalty, head staff and numerous vendors.

And a huge thank you to all who worked, tribal chief and council and my powwow committee. Couldn’t have done this without you all.

It was so good to be back on the grounds celebrating our culture after not being able to for 4 years after the COVID shutdowns. I hope you were able to join us if not maybe next year.

We now close this chapter and in January we will begin making plans for the 2024—13th annual powwow in the pines

Day 1 of 2 of powwow in the pines. We had a great turnout but please join us tomorrow for the dance competitions and visit the numerous vendors. You are sure to have a great time. Gates open at 11am.

Admission $8
5 and under free
Please bring your lawn chairs as seating is limited. No drugs, alcohol or fi****ms allowed.

Gates open Friday October 13 @ 4pm with Gourd dance starting at 6pm grand entry @ 7pm

Saturday October 14 gates open at 11 am gourd dance at 12 followed by grand entry at 1 then in the evening gourd at 5:30 grand entry at 6:30

Those vendors who have signed up Friday the 13th you will b available to set up between 9am-3pm and again on Saturday between 9am-10am

This year we will have over 20 vendors with some being informational to arts and crafts to food

So please join us October 13 & 14 for the RETURN OF POWWOW IN THE PINES!!!!!!

UPDATE. Deadline for vendor registration has been extended to September 22nd.

Our website has been updated and has all registration forms & W-9s for dancers, drum groups and vendors! We also updated hotels & RV parks that are nearby.
