SLATurday!!! Cutting some new slats this morning for both of our 1kw and 2kw lasers. These machines really do produce a beautiful edge. After running a large quantity of these parts we spot checked the lot and found all of the parts were within .001. These machines are crazy accurate. Just finished up a quick job for a modified this morning. The customer wanted the same 3-link adjustments he had on his car last season. With our Virtek laserQC scanner we scanned the cut up part and kept just the part of the bracket we needed. Once a good part file was complete we cut the parts on our waterjet and there you have it. A customer came to us with an off the shelf header fl**ge and gasket that had two different port designs. With his mopar pushing out 2500hp every little detail matters. We reversed engineered the gasket using our laserqc to cut a perfect port matched fl**ge. shop
