Beef entries are due by January 1st. Late entries will be accepted from January 2nd until January 11th at noon, with a $50 per exhibitor late fee. Beef weigh-ins are Saturday, January 11th from 10am till Noon. To register, go to https://miamioh.fairwire.com/ . The link to register and the 2025 Beef Department rules can be found on our website.

📢 Secretary's Office Holiday Hours 🎄

We hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season! Here are our special office hours for the upcoming weeks:

Monday, Dec 23rd: 9 AM - 4 PM
Thursday, Dec 26th: 9 AM - 4 PM
Friday, Dec 27th: 9 AM - 4 PM
Monday, Dec 30th: 9 AM - 4 PM
Thursday, Jan 2nd: 11 AM - 6 PM

If you haven’t picked up your Livestock Sale check yet, please plan to do so during these times.

📢 We still have several Exhibitor Livestock Sale Checks📢

📍ALL CHECKS HAVE BEEN ISSUED📍 That means, if you were waiting on a buyer to pay their bill, it has been paid and your check is ready.

🎉 The Office is open for pick up on Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Someone is in the office today (Friday, November 15), until 4:30 pm if you are close and want to stop in.

📢 Exhibitor Livestock Sale Checks Are Ready for Pick-Up! 📢

We’re excited to announce that checks are ready for the majority of exhibitors from the livestock sale! 🎉 Check pick-up will be available at the Fair Office on the following dates:

📅 Wednesday, October 30 | 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
📅 Thursday, October 31 | 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
📅 Saturday, November 2 | 10:00 am - 1:00 pm (Fair Office) & 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (Duke)

The Office is open for pick up on Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, if you are unable to make it Saturday. Thank you for your support and patience! See you soon!

🚨Livestock Sale Update🚨
We currently have 5 unpaid invoices totaling $4,230. These buyers have been contacted and are working on finalizing their payments.

Starting this Friday, we will begin printing checks for exhibitors whose invoices have been fully paid. Keep an eye out for check pick-up information coming soon!

Thank you for your continued support and patience—your involvement helps make our livestock sale a success!

📢Sale Update📢

➡️As of close of business 10/3/24 all payments received have been processed.

➡️We've printed a new invoice (19 invoices totalling $35,000), with the 2️⃣% late fee added, and mailed them to those that still need to pay. Invoices can be paid by logging back into the buyers sale account, in the office during business hours (Wed/Thurs 11-6), via regular/overnight mail, or by dropping payment in our drop box.
