Cooper Farms is once again generously providing **5 FREE turkeys** to each Jr Fair Exhibitor! If you're interested, please complete the order form in full. If ordering for multiple exhibitors, be sure to include all names.

📦 Pick-Up Window: March 24 – April 4 (Exact dates TBD). Pick-up will be at the Miami County Fair Office.

Please keep in mind, each exhibitor may enter 1 Tom and 1 Hen at the Miami County Fair.

📌 Hatch & Possession Deadlines for Poultry Exhibits📌

Fancy Poultry: Must have ownership by June 1.

White Market Chickens: Hatched: June 16, 2025 or after. Must be in the exhibitor's care within 48 hours after hatching. Hatching & Possession Deadline: June 30, 2025.

Red Market Chickens: Hatched: April 28, 2025 or after. Must be in the exhibitor's care within 48 hours after hatching. Hatching & Possession Deadline: May 19, 2025.

Market Ducks: Hatched: June 16, 2025 or after. Must be in the exhibitor's care within 48 hours after hatching. Hatching & Possession Deadline: June 30, 2025.

Market Tom or Hen Turkeys: Hatched: March 17, 2025 or after. Must be in the exhibitor's care within 48 hours after hatching. Hatching & Possession Deadline: April 7, 2025.

Due to the incoming inclement weather, Steer weigh-ins will be Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10:00 am till noon. If you have not entered, you must be entered by Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Late entries cost $50 per exhibitor.

📍ALL CHECKS HAVE BEEN ISSUED📍 That means, if you were waiting on a buyer to pay their bill, it has been paid and your check is ready.

🎉 The Office is open for pick up on Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Someone is in the office today (Friday, November 15), until 4:30 pm if you are close and want to stop in.
