I drove out to Lake Loramie in Minster, OH last night with my oldest two to capture shots of the aurora borealis. You could see it with the naked eye, then of course capture it even better with the camera. The 1st photo is looking north across the lake. The second is looking south back towards town.

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family, the Poeppelman's. They are involved in the Bruckner Nature Center. A wonderful non-profit that promotes and wildlife conservation.
