Family portraits are also very precious to me. Its such a joy to see how different personalities make up a beautiful family! I am a stay at home mom of four wonderful children. In 2008 we began the process of becoming foster parents for an organization called Safe families. Once accepted and we had our first child. I was given the green light to take pictures of the kids. We are not allowed to sh

are them publicly for privacy purposes. But I did take them for one of the child's mother as a gift. When I showed them to my husband he said I was pretty good. But at that time I shrugged it off. We where told it would help in the process of letting the children go when they went back to their birth moms. Needless to say it sparked a passion in me. I saved for two years to get my Canon Rebel XS I don't claim to be a great photographer. In fact it is a hobby with sentimental reasons behind it. My mission with this is to be able to provide photos for people that are working with a tight budget or may not be able to afford a professional photographer. I do strive to shoot someone/something at least 10 minute's most days of the week. In hopes to refine my skills. I see my camera as my paint brush and the world around me as my canvas. I am not a great painter but God has provided the art work for me to capture. Thank you for stopping by my page and checking it out.

Well its happening again! I can't beleive we will be sending our 2nd child to college next fall 😭 Savanna will be graduating highschool May of 2025! I started taking her senior photos today. She said she is having a hard time picking her headshot for the yearbook. I suggested that I let you all take a vote. If you could please comments this one or something to that effect to help her out. She needs it submitted by Friday. Thank you for the help.

We went to Droop Scoops yesterday! I had the Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee ( Toffee icecream laced with a smooth whiskey sweet sauce, and garnished with toffee pieces) and the Rush hour ( Coffee icecream with smooth caramel ribbons and chocolate covered toffee candy pieces)! Man, these mom and pop type Icecream places make it hard to choose a favorite! If you make it to Chickamauga, GA, you have to stop in! And if you fish, visit Chickamauga Lake! I did not have the opportunity, but it's on my bucket list of places to go fishing!

Hi, Kyla here. Next Friday my speech and debate team is hosting a trivia night! This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for our team. This is my fourth year on the team and I am the current president. Speech and debate has been a crucial part in my development as a speaker and a performer. The entire team this year is wonderful and we hope to keep this team alive for many more years. There will be 50/50, silent auction, heads or tails and a raffle.
