When we have a full day of meetings and events at the same venue, we like to think outside the box and get our guests out of the traditional and sometimes mundane spaces. It helps generate conversation, encourages mingling with different groups, and creates a positive & memorable experience. ⁠

The ultimate smoked BBQ from the ultimate chef
James was flown in from Australia for the second US incentive event called and he did not disappoint. He foraged for ingredients, smoked pine over the grill, and presented flavors that blew every BBQ out of the water.

Remember when an outdoor meeting was unusual? Outdoor meetings have become the norm for us as we continue to navigate work life during a pandemic. The great part about this is the sky is literally the limit and everyone soaks up a little Vitamin D while also getting their productivity juices flowing. ⁠⠀
This pic is from a pre-covid event, but it demonstrates the beauty of an outdoor meeting and how a little creativity can shake up the expectations of a traditional meeting or ballroom. We didn't want to block the view of the mountains, but we needed to create a focal point for our speakers. So, our production team custom built an open air gazebo as the stage for the presenters and created seating areas around the focal area. ⁠⠀

How would we adapt this to present day?
👉🏼1) Require onsite testing prior to gathering,
👉🏼2) Masks required,
👉🏼3) Spread everyone out.

We always enjoy thinking outside the box to create unique experiences and this year is no exception. ⁠⠀
