Our Story
A 1973 Unimog 404 that has been transformed into a rotisserie food truck, operating year round between North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Specializing in Central European flavors, our truck is a standard at Tahoe City Farmers Market, Truckee Certified Farmers Markets, Truckee Thursdays and Community Events.
