Happy Maniac Monday.
Someone told me yesterday at an event, “You guys look like you love what you do, that not only reflects on the food you made(which is delicious)but on your service and your attention to detail.”
- I smiled. Thank God we have had a crazy busy year. It is a two person Job ( and )that’s for sure, but at times we count with the support of some friends and some family members. Truthfully this can’t be done without them. Both of us have our full time jobs, both of us have our own things we deal with, both of us sacrifice our time, and yet we show up. This business has gone from being a side business, to becoming our true passion and it’s taken over our lives:). We are not just street tacos. Osbaldo makes the food with such love and care and I do the prep work, but we both are passionate and put our hearts into delivering a great experience for all. This is what you get when you work with us, delicious food, attention to detail, passionate and charismatic dudes and all heart.
