Last night was a truly unforgettable evening as we had the privilege of experiencing the debut of Arizona Folklórico Dance Company's "Senderos" at the Pima Community College West Center for the Arts. From start to finish, the performance was a breathtaking journey through the rich tapestry of regional dances, brought to life by over 50 talented dancers ranging from young students to adults.

The energy and passion that radiated from the stage were palpable. Each dance was executed with precision and grace, showcasing not only the skill of the dancers but also their deep connection to the traditions they were honoring. The costumes were nothing short of spectacular, adding an extra layer of authenticity and visual splendor to the evening.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to director Bruno Loya, whose vision and leadership made this evening possible. To the dancers of Arizona Folklórico Dance Company, both young and older, your dedication and commitment were evident in every step. And to the entire crew behind the scenes, thank you for ensuring that every detail was meticulously handled, allowing the performance to shine.

Jddu has been working in the differently abled community for years! Another way of giving back. I have been teaching photograpy as a small private school. The last week has I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity I had last week to chaperone a trip for a private school serving students with diverse abilities. It was an honor to accompany some of my photography students on this journey. We covered a lot of ground and had the privilege of visiting remarkable historic sites like Plymouth Rock and the Freedom Trail. Additionally, a heartfelt thank you to Jesus and Larry for their support while I was away.
