Nearly 3 weeks of hyperbaric treatments and I am beginning to level out again. This is when I start to be able to increase my quality of living now that my body has adapted to the increased oxygen. ❤️

I still cannot believe this villa is $360 a month, which includes cleaning twice a week! It is a beautiiful place for me to heal deeper here in Bali. I am so blessed and thankful to be here to finally reach my healing finish line! ❤️

🌺✨ Greetings from Bali!! 🇮🇩🌴

Yes, I moved here to continue my healing journey. 🌿🙏 The last couple months have been full of ups and downs. 🎢 My beloved neurologist Dr. Henricks passed away 🕊️💔 and I lost access to free hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) because of this... 😔 Luckily, Bali has the cheapest daily treatments in the world, so I immediately switched gears and made the leap! ✈️🔥

In America, average cost of HBOT is $500 per hour 😳💸
In Bali it is $1,111 for daily 2 hour sessions + unlimited access to their spa: ❄️ cold + 🔥 hot plunge, IR and dry saunas 🧖‍♂️ as well as their infinity pool 🏊‍♂️ on a cliffside overlooking the Indian Ocean 🌊🌅

This is heaven for me 😇 and my continued journey to heal myself. 💚 I can now do twice as many hours each month and heal much faster 🌱⚡ while living in a tropical paradise. 🌺🌴

I am surrounded by the best tropical fruits 🍍🥥🍉🍇 and fresh coconuts, so I have also eased back into my fruit fast to continue healing even deeper, as well. 🍃✨

Recently my father passed away (less than a week ago) 😔🕊️ and it has really put my life into perspective. ❤️‍🩹 I am torn between living abroad 🌍 and returning back to the states 🇺🇸 once my toxicity testing shows negative of all my critical and high-level toxins, such as heavy metals ⚠️ plastics 🧪 pesticides 🚫 styrene ☣️ uranium ☢️ mycotoxins from mold exposure 🦠 and more. I have a ways to go, but being in Bali will help me reach the finish line much faster 🏁💫 and while healing in such a magical and special place. ✨🌴

Stay tuned 📣📱 in the coming months as I launch my healing brand to share my full story on how I am healing myself. 💚 This journey is just too special not to share, so I am super excited to launch this brand 🎉 and get to inspire others along the way. 🌍💫🙏

The tea is growing in a wild forest ecosystem and the trees are around 100-300 years old. You can taste the clean environment in this tea.

I rested for 2 days and decided to go to my set last night in Mt Shasta. Although it took everything out of me, it was one my most memorable sets of 2025!! I quit using cannabis a week ago, my brother was there dancing his butt off, and I was just locked in my zone!! My body is wrecked today after that, so I am glad this is my second to last set of my summer — next is our oldest brother's wedding, where I get to play the closing set. I have a month and a half before that date arrives, so lots of time to reat before and plan a memorable set!! 😀

August 27th I have the honor of pre-recording a special Ecstatic Dance, from the mountains of California, that will be played for the start of a new Contact Improv Ecstatic Dance happening in Tucson — starting at 6 pm — at the Tucson Creative Dance Center ❤️
