We are cooking this weekend and want to cook for you! We will have smoked brisket, baby back ribs, our famous mac & cheese, and award winning corn salad. Everything is available as a plate, or a la carte.

Brisket plate: $20
1/2 pound of brisket and 2 sides

Rib plate: $20
1/2 rack of ribs and 2 sides

Combo plate: $20
1/4 pound of brisket and 1/4.rack of ribs with 2 sides

OR

Brisket:
$16 for 1/2 pound
$22 per pound

Ribs:
$14 for 1/2 rack
$20 for full rack

Mac & cheese:
$15 per pound
$40 for 9x13 pan

Hey! We've been silent for awhile, but life had us all over the place!

We are getting back to cooking and right now we have four 1 pound pans of BO-D-Q's famous Mac-n-cheese for pick up! They are ready to bake! 😋😋
