Inspired by the classic Aperol, Hugo, and Limoncello spritz, I put a sweet twist on the summer cocktail bar and turned them into fizzy dessert floats. Light, refreshing, and just plain fun! This crowd-pleasing setup covers it all: cocktails, mocktails, and something sweet. Perfect for summer parties, BBQs, showers, or weddings.
