π¨π¨π¨π€―β οΈβ οΈWarning long post β οΈβ οΈβ οΈπ¨π¨π€―π€―
Due to some NEGATIVE feedback I've encountered regarding MY BUSINESS PRECTICES, I feel it's important to address certain aspects of how I operate MY WAY.
(No no se me subiΓ³, ni me creo la importante) First and foremost let me clarify that I am not considering selling or closing down my business.
WHY?
Because It's a valuable side hustle that not only helps to pay my bills but also allows me to connect with valuable persons that I have encounter through this journey, My forever clients whom I cherish dearly β€οΈπππ₯°
with that being said, I proceed with the announcement,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of those who have supported me through all these years,
nearly 8 Yearsπ€―β€οΈπ€―π. Your business means the world to me.
Now, I'd like to highlight some of my recent changes (which have been in effect for close to a year)
β«I'm not available 24/7 to answer calls or messages.
Please be understanding I'm a mother and a W2 worker pursuing an education in a different field from the Event business. This means my availability and priorities have shifted, but my commitment to serving my clients remains unwavering.
β«A response from me may take 24-48 hrs (I try to reply as soon as possible and in the order text messages are received, with high priority given to my Forever clients which are my returning clients from all these years )
β«I'm not always available to take last minute orders even if I really want to accommodate you, sometimes it's not possible as I prioritize providing great service , quality and efficiency. (Which I'm always looking to improve)
β«Items will only be held for those who have clearly communicated that they want to make a reservation accompanied by a confirmation where a deposit have been received (in some cases deposits may be waived as a courtesy or just because you are awesome, and mainly because you are one of my returning clients and I didn't ask you for one, most of the time I will say that to you )
β« If my services or availability do not meet your needs, please be respectful and polite express gratitude for the time I've invested in answering your questions and move on. ( Good manners, Politeness is a valuable habit to practice in all aspects of life.
