**IMPORTANT UPDATE RE ROCK THE VILLAGE @ TOTEM LAKE**

We previously posted a schedule for the 'Rock the Village' series at The Village at Totem Lake. Due to an early miscommunication over scheduling, we accidentally published two incorrect dates (originally listed as July 24th and July 31st). These two dates have been moved since we originally published the graphic, and we wanted to make sure you have the correct information asap, so we have published a corrected schedule for the series!

PLEASE NOTE: THE CONCERTS ORIGINALLY LISTED ON JULY 24 & JULY 31 WILL ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE ON JULY 25 AND AUG 1.

We are so thrilled that the first date for the at The Village at Totem Lake is only a few short days away, and our team is already well into prep, with equipment being inventoried, cables being wrapped, and signal routing and channels being pre-programmed on one of our sound boards!

Last week, a few of our crew headed on site to pre-build the stage and truss structure and do a final site verification with the client, totally almost 14 man hours of set up! The Alchemy Entertainment & Events crew will be setting up before each show, tearing down after the final note, and building a 14-point audio system driving a staggering 40k Watts of sound, each week (with ~14.5k watts dedicated to bass, alone)!

We are so excited to be able to finally announce our partnership with Red Shoe Productions and The Village at Totem Lake to produce this year's concert series! Our team will be providing setup, staging, truss, lighting, and the audio system for 8 concerts spanning 2 months, starting July 11th!

There's an incredible lineup scheduled and we hope to see any of our Seattle-area and I-405 folks at one (or more) of these incredible performances!

As some of you may be aware, we started 2024 off with a bang, locking in the contract to design, install, and program the Audio/Video/Lighting systems for , a new club in Capitol Hill! This was a huge push as we secured the contract on the 1st of January, but only had until the evening of the 5th to get Phase 1 up and running!

Despite a myriad of technical challenges, backordered equipment, and venue power problems, two of our team worked diligently for almost 96 hours straight to get the initial build-out up and running in time for opening on January 5th! Here's a sneak peek!

We've got so much more planned (no hints) and there's a ton of additional work to do for future phases, but the entire team at Alchemy is so thrilled with what we were able to put together in such a short timeframe, and look forward to bringing you more photos (and video) as we progress!

As many of you know, during the pandemic we invested in expanding our services to offer and for our clients, and we've seen a huge uptick in interest (and projects) since we deployed our first unit at a wedding in 2021. From that initial push, we expanded our aerial presence to launch Seattle Aeronautics LLC and Visionairii: Elevated Photography as dedicated aerial photo/video service teams, and brought in several additional team members to take over and grow on-ground video. It's been a difficult push in a post-pandemic world, but we've seen our vid projects slowly growing and expanding.

Now we are super excited to have finally pulled the trigger on upgrading our on-ground video game! We've just added the to our equipment arsenal, and we're already working to incorporate auto-follow, Lidar, and vehicle mounting to our available functions! We're also currently working to lock in the acquisition of 2 and V-Raptor cameras (along with lenses for you technical folks), allowing us to bring a truly top-notch, cinema-quality level of production to our client's projects!

We've been remiss in putting out updates, so we're trying to catch up. This year has been a busy one, and our entire team has been putting in long hours to keep on top of our projects (including some super exciting ones we'll be sharing with you down the road)!

As to what we've been up to; here's a few snippets from last weekends brought to you by Seattle Night Markets and our team at Alchemy!

We're proud to tell you that our team weathered...well... bad weather. Like... really bad! And that was in addition to multiple power failures, and a lighting console crashing and having to reprogram the whole show on the fly!

As they say, and, as always, our team came through !

If you're out and about Saturday morning, you'll be seeing our team as we support the Granite Falls Chamber of Commerce for the Railroad Days festivities.

Then, Saturday afternoon, we split and head down to Angel Of The Winds Arena for EnduroCross (https://youtu.be/jI6Y9Tw-BoQ) and Seattle for private events. Going to be a busy weekend, but we're so excited to be supporting such amazing groups!
