Assist customers in planning events, ex: weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, birthdays , etc.

Assist with the following: Everyday Operations, Answering Telephones, Walk-in customers with equipment rentals, filing, customer billing, vendor relationships, sales, keep showroom and design equipment room clean and organized. Work with linen/wharhouse delivery staff on special needs or requests regarding customer rentals and/or deliveries.

Must have the ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels, prioritize tasks effectively for yourself and your team, consider many factors in decision-making, understand the needs of different stakeholders and communicating with them appropriately, bring people together to solve problems, develop new ideas to solve customers' problems, cultivate relationships with customers and use emotional intelligence.
