What a weekend! It was a great challenge for myself, family and crew as we took on the biggest job we have ever done. A bit of a crazy week but a satisfying finish. Two jobs in two days can be hard, but we are up for the challenge.

1st job on Friday was a work party of around 1000 at AKS Engineering in Sherwood with a follow up dinner Saturday for A&S Land and Cattle in Dundee for the Oregon Trail Longhorn Sale.

We like all jobs big or small and we aim to please, so having them say they loved everything is the best feeling ever.

A big thanks to my family and crew for making us look good and on to the next job!

So nice to see people getting back to normal. Super busy the month of June and July. Still have a few weekends open so get things planned early.
Happy to see the sun and smell the bbq season upon us.

One week into finally opening up and 4 gigs booked. Whoop whoop
If you are thinking about anything this summer get in, not many weekends left. For anyone booking weddings for 2022-2023 make sure you get it in the calendar because it is going to be nuts. Glad to see people are enjoying the outdoors again.

Had a great time cooking for some fantastic people at the Oregon trail auction Saturday. I think we stayed late enjoying there company and corn hole. Ashley and Kecia took the championship by a walk off 3 pointer.

Ok now that 2020 is gone let’s get back to business. We have already booked a few dates but summer will be crazy this year so don’t wait to long. I really feel for those who had to cancel there special day so let’s get working on your new date. Hope to talk to you soon.

Ok with 2020 almost gone next year is going to be crazy with catch up weddings. It’s not going to be to early to book so please get your dates in early so you don’t lose the weekend you want the most.

Just finished our last wedding of the year. Congrats to Billy and Kenzie Loftis. Such a pleasure seeing two wonderful people finding each other.

Just checking in with everyone. Seeing this virus is still around we are booking for next year already. A lot of dates are carried over but there are still some open. Please be proactive and get your caterer booked because next year is going to be nuts. Stay safe and do what’s best for you and your family.

Hope this finds everyone healthy and doing well. This year has been a bust for most catering companies but the future will be good. Next year is already booking, so for those that had to cancel a wedding or a large event in 2020 get on it early. It’s never to early to plan seeing we will have to two years of events to schedule in 2021. Give us a shout.
