I appreciate everyone that came out to our Pop-up last Friday at Mother Road Market Kitchen 66 🎊🎉👏🏾🙌🏾🫶🏾🙏🏾

I definitely appreciate the love and support as always. It was definitely a great day for sure. The people came and took everything 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🧑‍🦼👩‍🦽🏃🏾‍♂️👨‍🦯🏃⛷️🏇🏄‍♂️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️⛴️🪂🚁🚀🌧☔️💪🏾

Which brings me to another note. So I sold like 50 orders of sandwiches 🤯😲🥪 that has me thinking of working 🥼🥽🔨🔧🧪on some different sandwich creations to add to my future Menu, since I have appeared to have stumbled upon a hidden gem 💎

What type of sandwiches would you like to see me concoct while in the Smoke laboratories 🤔🫣💨

This past Weekend, I had the honor and pleasure to cater the Little Light House Church Conference. This was a special one for me. This place is a huge blessing and the staff/volunteers are amazing and wonderful people. My son has been a student at this school going on 3 years and my wife and I have loved every moment of watching him thrive.

The Little Light House will always have a special place in my heart, so I was truly honored when they asked us to cater their event. And you know I had to leave them with a smokeful experience 💨💨💨

So glad to be back on my feet and back at it, this last month and a half was rough but I pushed through. I really appreciate all of your kind words and check ins during my recovery. Now back to serving up smokeful experiences to everyone 💨💨💨

I'm so sad and I am so sorry for yesterday if you came by Kitchen 66 and we we're not there. Unexpectedly, I was rushed to the ER due to an overwhelming pain in my chest along with tightness that I've never felt before in my life. I can typically push through anything but this was different, this shut me completely down. Still in the hospital, and hopefully these great doctors can figure out what is going on. Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday and I hope the people that missed us can forgive me, I'll make it right somehow.

Thank you to everyone that came out to see us at Mother Road Market yesterday for our last Pop-up of the year. It's always enjoyable meeting new people and also seeing familiar faces. We had some last minute emergencies that left us short staff for the day, but yall rocked with us, yall were amazing as always and we definitely appreciate you all for the continued support. A special shout out to my family, for coming through to help wrap up the night. It truly takes a village and I am forever grateful to have yall in my life.
Bigger and better things coming in 2025 💨💨💨

Had high hopes on getting a food trailer. I even paid the deposit for it and the company sold it anyway. You win some and you lose some I guess. That won't stop us but just educate us. We will have our truck/trailer when it's God's timing, until then, we gone keep pushing and providing smokeful experiences to everyone. 💨💨💨
