Bake and Take Pie Day Triumph. What a pleasant group of Master Bakers. We learned how to make an Oreo cookie crust, roll out pie dough and make fillings for a Pumpkin pie, Chef Mikael family tradition of Pecan pie and Chocolate Silk pie (not pictured). And Mexican Hot Chocolate to wash the samples down.
