Bake and Take Pie Day Triumph. What a pleasant group of Master Bakers. We learned how to make an Oreo cookie crust, roll out pie dough and make fillings for a Pumpkin pie, Chef Mikael family tradition of Pecan pie and Chocolate Silk pie (not pictured). And Mexican Hot Chocolate to wash the samples down.

Fall Flavors class was super fun. Chicken Pot Pies, Pumpkin Pie in a Bag, Squash Medley and a Cranberry Spritzer. Individual work to share with loved ones. These budding chefs rocked it.

Fun day at our Masters Sushi Class. Many hadn’t rolled before but they caught on quickly. We had soba and tempura too and ate all together. Party! Great job chefs.
