💙Paw-fect baby shower this weekend for the beautiful momma-to-be ! Brit loves her fur babies so and I took that theme and ran with it and it turned out pretty dog-gone cute! 🤣🐶 From real puppies on-site to the most amazing artist doing pet sketches- it was all just ruff-ly! 🦴 🐶 📷: 💙

✨I love this little family of mine so very much. They are my heartbeat, my “why”, my greatest accomplishment and my best encouragers… this morning while indulging in a little self-care (why as moms do we feel guilty when we take time for ourselves?…🤪) I was listening to the podcast (thank you for the rec) and the message “Spiritual formation in Motherhood” really resonated with me. It was JUST the teaching I needed for today. The reminder of so many wonderful things …one of my favorites being “our children are teaching us to love like Christ does..” We loose our patients, yell more than we should, get upset over the small things, comfort our children through all meltdowns, tantrums, etc yet they still wrap their little arms around my neck and constantly tell me how much they love me. These boys of mine are teaching me more than I even realize and I just love them so much it hurts!💙💙 On a funny side-note… family photo day was a hotttt mess for us 🤣 I didn’t plan well… Christian wore his tux from our wedding (which I loved), I (barely🤪) squeezed into a fancy dress I had purchased and worn once (pre-babies) (oh and I forgot to put on spanx .. so hello undie line🤦🏼‍♀️)… I tried to turn Mateos (too small of a suit) into a trendy look with the crop style pants 😂😂😂 and sweet Leo got a mash up of whatever was on hand and easy! And pretty sure the wind gusts were like 40 mph 💨 😬 Thankfully, saved the day and did what she does best…. Captured us in our crazy, wild perfectly/imperfect ways and these are just the photos and memories I want to remember and cherish forever. ✨🌲 As we kick off this holiday week, I am most thankful for Gods grace on my life especially when I’m not being the best mom,wife, etc… I am sure there will be many more wind blown, underwear line showin’ days but I am here for it🤪 These boys love me no matter what and that makes even the toughest days seem a little bit more manageable! ✨

💫Getting to “create” for a client is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences ever. It’s one of my “whys” of what drives me in my career and passion for planning and designing. But the icing on top is when you cultivate a special relationship with “your people” and they let you dream, they trust the process and they support you along the way. 🙏 THAT is when the stars align and true magic is made. ✨October 9, 2021 will be a night we will never ever forget. It was an evening immersed with amazing talent, the best dang group of people, a culinary experience like no one and some ONCE in a lifetime experiences that I promise you will never be forgotten. 🖤 Supper & Song.
