The actual party is from 11 to 1 outside by Meadow Gold Mack. Besides having a bunch of new cheeses, we have a BUNCH of new meats. Mortadella, guanciale, panchetta, duck prosciutto, Jamon, mole salami, etc. Plus, we have stocked our famous Mac and Cheese, regular and truffled. We'll have the Barstream out making some fun new panini sandwiches, and grab and go cocktails inside the shop.

This is going down tomorrow! We will have The Barstream out serving two brand new badass panini sandwiches, and grab and go cocktails inside! Plus, we just got in guanciali, mortadella, duck prosciutto, nduja, and a bunch of amazing cheeses. Come see us and enjoy our new seating area!

The new tables and chairs are set. What's our plan? We'll, we've always wanted a nice place for our guests to chill, eat come cheese and drink some wine. We also needed this for our wine happy hours, cheese 101 classes, and our new programing which will include dinners every Friday with the same menu running monthly, every other Saturday having RnD test kitchen dinners, brunch every other Sunday, and Winesday every week!

Last night was another fun vegan dining experience! For us, the highlight was the vegan cheesecake which we will feature in the vegan chef challenge. Thanks again to everyone who came!
