Well, this is the only pic we managed to get last night at Winesday. This is salmon we cured then torched to crisp up the edges, it's on a sauce of coconut panang with lime leaves and chive oil, served with radish sprouts and chicherone for cronch. Thank you to everyone who attended Vegan Night at TMACS! Although we strive to always be super creative and have fun with these menus, this was probably the best one yet! Keep a lookout for more event pages to come.

They came, they conquered, and we all had a great time! Unfortunately, we were all so caught up in the moment that we did get food pics, but had some very happy guests. Next month might be student/chef collaborations. Keep your eyes out for our dining experience event pages.
