Come Join Us for our annual Lights On at the Route 66 Historical Village on November 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm. 3770 Southwest Blvd., Tulsa.

Rumor has it Santa will be making an appearance about the same time to help turn on the lights and greet the young ones.

We plan to turn the lights on each night via timers around 5:15pm to make sure they are all on by 5:30 pm. They will then stay on until 11:00 pm when the timers shut off. This will continue each day until just after New Year's Day.

Roy Heim, 76, retired Tulsa Police Department Detective and active supporter of the Southwest Tulsa community passed away in Tulsa on Saturday, July 1, 2023. A Celebration of Roys Life will be at 10 a.m., Friday, at Church On The Move West, 7314 W 41st, across the street from Tulsa

It’s with our deepest sorrow that we inform you that our leader, advisor, friend, and long time West Tulsa champion has passed. You can see Roy Heim in every corner of the Redfork Depot and Route 66 Village. He has given us countless hours of manual labor to keep us looking our best and at least twice as many smiles to every single person that came to visit and learn. We hope that the next time you visit the train, the gas station, the depot, or neon sign, you see the work that’s been done by Roy and smile again. Thank you for your service Roy. We love you.
