It has been TOO long since we shared a Cheese & Cheers pairing, so what better way to start again with one of our favorite holiday cheeses!! 🎄

Sage Derby stands out on a cheeseboard due to its beautiful green marbling! Derby is England’s oldest cheese and has a smooth and creamy texture and mild, nutty flavor. Fresh sage is delicately infused during the cheese-making process, so it’s not over powering but instead the perfect balance of flavor! We love pairing this with a red wine like the Les Dauphins blend. It’s smooth tannins and notes of dark fruits & spices makes it a great wine to sip while ya snack! 🌿🍷

It's time for our very last tasting of the year, A Taste of Christmas!! 🎄

Join us on December 19th from 6:30-8pm for a celebration of all of our favorite pairings to enjoy during the Holiday season! Featuring goodies like cranberry cinnamon chèvre and cinnamon sugar pecans from . Our wines will be focused on warm holiday flavors and sparkly bubbles!! We are so excited to be partnering with our friend Sarah at again for this tasting 🍷

Tickets will include tasting portions of 5 seasonal wines, 9 cheese & charcuterie pairings plus additional holiday snacks! This event is 21+ and will be held at our tiny shop. This is the perfect experience to gift to your significant other or your best pals 🎁

Happy Thanksgiving!!! I (Shiraya) am still constantly blown away by the realization that i get to run this business full time - and now we get to continue to grow and make beautiful things for all of you because of these two incredible people, Rojean & Savannah. Taking on another business venture this year was scary and unknown, but i have felt constantly supported and championed by them, and because of them Charcuteray has only gotten better. I never worry about if they are maintaining the quality of work or customer care that i built this business around - they have taken so much pride and ownership here and i know that is so reflected in the day to day of the business- i know many of you have felt that directly too!! I am beyond grateful for them both and hope you can find things in your life, big or small, to bring you gratitude and peace today 💚

If you’ve placed an online order on our website recently, you have probably seen the option to add on a $5 donation to Animal Rescue. This year we are so excited to be raising funds for an organization that is so close to my (Savannah) heart! Charcuteray will be matching ALL donations and we will be donating a weeks worth of tips during the month of December 🐾

Every year SPACAR saves over 1,000 lives through their rescue program & spay and neuter clinics. If you didn’t know, Oklahoma has a severe stray animal problem and our shelters are full of cats and dogs looking for their forever homes. Every week countless animals are euthanized all across Oklahoma because there simply isn’t space or resources for them. SPACAR’s goal is to lower this number & find the best homes possible for our furry friends!!

Back in 2019 my husband & I adopted our first dog, Penny, through Skiatook Paws and Claws and since then have been lucky enough to foster over 30 dogs & puppies (with a foster fail of course). This is our current foster, Lady!! Lady is the sweetest little pit mix and we would love to find a home for her for the Holidays! She obviously had to come up to the tiny shop for a photo, and I think she makes a great model 😍

Thank you SO much to everyone who has already donated, it truly means so much to me and to everyone at Skiatook Paws and Claws. SPACAR is completely ran off donations and volunteers, so if you are looking for a way to give back this season, look no further!!! 🐶
