✨🌻🧀 WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT 🧀🌻✨ Join us one month from today on September 17th for our favorite workshop with our friends @anthousai! This workshop will be focused on brunch charcuterie & fall florals. Shiraya will lead participants through a brunch-inspired cheeseboard demonstration, using fresh pastries from @antoinettetulsa! Next you’ll learn how to artfully arrange a beautiful floral arrangement, featuring the seasons best blooms. Take home both your arrangement, and cheeseboard with the knowledge to do it again in the future! Workshop-attendees will be able to snack on a large brunch spread & sip on mimosas while learning. Last week was a doozy- but in the midst of it we were filled with gratitude to meet so many new faces and help provide a bright spot for some of our neighbors. We're not sure yet if any of the product we lost or orders that were cancelled as a result of the storm will end up being covered by our insurance, but we would definitely appreciate your support in the coming weeks - and we know all of our other small business friends need this too!! THE CHARCUTERAY SHOP WILL BE CLOSED TODAY 2/23 to keep our staff off these icy roads!! Meanwhile we’ll be dreaming about fresh bread and melty cheese. If you’ve been with us for a minute- you may remember St Albans from our beloved “Spain is for Lovers” DIY kit from 2020- it’s a soft aged cows milk cheese that comes in its own little crock so that you can toss it in the oven and get it nice and melty. We now sell this little crock of goodness in our shop along with Farrell bread, spiced pecans, castelvetrano olives and other goodness that is just made for a mini fondue night 😍

We are looking to hire some lovely people to fill some gaps in our expanded schedule once the shop opens in just under 2 weeks! Looking for hardworking and motivated people who would love to grow their knowledge of cheese! Must be able to lift items up to 40-50lbs and willing to work with food.
