We are looking for someone who matches our vibe- friendly, cheese-loving, reliable and consistent; someone who isn't afraid of a knife or a dish sink, and knows how to turn it up during busy season. No previous experience required as long as you have a good attitude to learn. Hours are flexible, but Sunday availability is required. Email [email protected] if you are interested! Not playing coy - this Cheese & Cheers Wednesday is both incredibly delicious AND fully inspired by 🧡🩵 Our most iconic cheese- coastal cheddar- perfectly complimented by the newest additions to the cheese shop, straight from our neighbors down the road at 🍻 Coastal is aged in natural caves on the Dorset coastline, where it is exposed to salty sea air. As a result it develops a sweet, citrusy flavor and savory salt crystals. Solera Club is a seltzer inspired by a club special with notes of lemon, lime & sea salt and Quench is a line of seltzers inspired by the iconic sports drink (popular along the sidelines at say, a Kansas City Chiefs game 👀). The perfect blend of sweet, salty, citrus & savory... and, baby, that's show business for you.

- Mediterranean Herb Gouda (we had a little left over from this month's cheese club - the only other way to get your hands on this cheese!) 🐄
