"đźš—FreedomFest Parkingđźš— We strongly encourage you to plan ahead, carpool, ride share, or bike to the event, as parking spaces are extremely limited. Please be aware of construction along S. Jackson Ave. as well.

At River West Festival Park, parking is available in River Parks’ managed lots for $10-15, cash only. The $15 parking is at River West Festival Park and on S. Jackson Ave. adjacent to the festival grounds. The $10 parking is near the West Tulsa City Yard at 42 W. 23rd Street, which is a 7-minute walk to the festival grounds. Due to construction, there will be no access to green space south of the 21st Street bridge along the Arkansas River. Those who park at the West Tulsa City Yard lots will not be allowed to stay near their vehicles during the festival.

Handicap parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the $15 lot at the River West Festival Park.

Most of River Parks trails are divided for bicycle and pedestrian use. But some places aren’t and we get asked about etiquette in places where the trails aren’t separated. Well, here ya go! Please feel free to share!

All users of trails
Show courtesy to other trail users at all times.
Use the right side of the trail.
Always pass on the left.
Keep dogs on leash (maximum length six feet) and remove pet f***s from trail.

Bicyclists
Yield to pedestrians.
Give audible warning when passing pedestrians or other bicyclists by calling out “On your left” or ringing a bike bell.
Ride at a safe speed and slowdown in pedestrian areas, near restrooms, playgrounds, and intersections.

Pedestrians
Stay to the right side of the trail.
Watch for other trail users keeping in mind they can be behind you.
Listen for audible signals and allow faster trail users (runners and bicyclists) to pass safely.
Leave one earbud out or use earbuds that allow background noise through like Shokz other bone conduction types to allow you to hear others approaching from behind.

At the end of the day, just be courteous and you'll all have a wonderful time in the park!
