** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS AND IN AN OFFICE SETTING**

You will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone, Navigating QuickBooks with efficiency, responsible for ordering office supplies, help clean the office, help with phone orders such as construction accounts and special events. You will be responsible for handling messages and taking very detailed notes on accounts. Making route cards for the books and organizing what days the route drivers will in what area to clean. You will be responsible for emailing certain customers in a very timely manner along with helping with quotes/estimates.
